Five Y6 children took part in the Garforth triathlon last week; 200m swim, approx. 8km bike ride and then a run (twice around the St Benedicts track). A really enjoyable event. Many thanks to Ninelands school who organised this, Miss Tang who took the children to the Brownlee Centre for some training and Cycle Leeds and the community police who supported the event.
