Harry Potter Book Night 2020

This February, marks the sixth annual Harry Potter Book Night, when fans of all ages are invited to celebrate J.K. Rowling’s wonderful novels!

Wizards, witches and Muggles from around the world are invited to take part in a celebration of their own, playing enchanting games, making magical crafts and testing their skills with an array of activities. This is what Year 4 decided to do, as we are currently reading Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone!

What an event! We had games such as pin the glove on Dobby, made our own wands, dressed up and invented our own potions, amongst many other activities! Isla (and her mum – thanks mum!) made 60 cup cakes each with coloured sweets in them to represent the different houses in Hogwarts. They were delicious! Even Hedwig (The owl) put in an appearance!
