As part of our wider curriculum work around design technology, we have decided to hold a competitiOn to further support and develop these skills. If children would like to enter, they will be required to design a textile patch at home, related to the theme:

‘Sometimes, all you need is a little splash 

of colour’

It would be great if children could evaluate their final product against their design, thinking about what they like/ went well, what would they change to improve it further. Any textiles can be used.

The final piece should be approximately 20cm x 20cm as we would like to create a display in school. There will be one winner selected from EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

Please bring your piece in to school by Wednesday 4th November (at the latest) and we will judge and announce winners by Friday afternoon.
