World Environment Day

On Friday Rowan Bubble focused on learning about water as part of World Environment Day. We covered issues such as the water cycle (we took part in puddle watch - see photos above), safe waste disposal (what can/cannot go down the drains/toilet), how rainbows are formed (see photos), freshwater creatures and animals (ICT research task) and why some areas of the U.K get more rainfall than others. The children engaged really well with the topic and loved the opportunities to do some outdoor learning.
