We have been very fortunate over the last few weeks as we have had many visitors working with our Nursery and Reception children. Firstly, a special thanks to our own amazing parents: Mrs Robinson has been delivering some excellent Spanish lessons in Nursery and Miss Woods has delivered a super lesson to Reception children about finance -the importance of saving money for the future, borrowing and paying back. All EYFS children have also had a visit from Garforth Library promoting reading outside of school (watch out for further developments here!) and the visitors from Heritage Corner have helped children understand more about Black History. We truly believe that the children gain such an insight into understanding the world when visitors come into school. If any parents would like to come in to speak to the children about their interests or job responsibilities please speak to any member of the EYFS staff- we really look forward to your visits and appreciate your support!
