Eco Friendly Garforth (EFG) Event

Eco-Friendly Garforth (EFG) have organised Autumn Event at St Benedict’s on Saturday 30th October, 11am-3pm.

There will be several stalls promoting a more sustainable Lifestyle, concern for animals and the Environment including Garforth Hedgehogs, Incredible Edibles, Allotments, CAFOD and, of course, Eco-Friendly Garforth among others. Each stall has been tasked with providing at least one children’s activity.

Please encourage parents to bring their children to support us all and learn what Garforth groups are doing to work towards helping the planet recover and what they might be able to do too. Every positive action helps, however small, as they all accumulate.

Eco suggestions, on a larger scale, for me to take to Glasgow, when I go to COP26,  will also  be welcome.
